Corporate Chauffeur Service in Istanbul

Plan premium chauffeur travel for executives, visiting teams and company guests in Istanbul. Bring airport arrivals, hotel journeys, meetings and event transport into one corporate request, with Mercedes sedans, Vito VIP and Sprinter VIP options to suit each part of the programme.

Share your dates, vehicle requirements and purchasing needs to request a corporate VIP car hire proposal. Confirm the vehicles, timetable, price and commercial terms before booking.

Share Your Corporate Itinerary

Corporate transportation, planned around your business

A company itinerary can involve more than one traveller or one vehicle. An executive may need a sedan between appointments while colleagues arrive on different flights or travel together to an event. Build the request around each passenger group, its timetable and the person authorised to approve changes.

For one executive’s appointment-led itinerary, explore CEO and executive transfers. For a single vehicle booked around hours or a day, compare hourly and daily chauffeur hire. Use a corporate proposal when you need these journeys considered together or want to discuss repeat company travel.

Corporate airport and guest transportation

List Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) arrivals separately, including flight numbers, dates, passenger groups, luggage and destination addresses. Note which guests are going directly to a hotel and which need to continue to an office or meeting with waiting time.

Add departures as their own journeys, especially when guests leave from different hotels or airports. Agree the passenger contact and meeting instructions before travel. See Istanbul airport VIP transfers for airport-specific planning; additional greeting or assistance requests should be confirmed separately.

Choose by each journey rather than applying one vehicle class to the whole event. Model names alone do not establish passenger or luggage capacity; confirm the configuration offered in the proposal.

Single-day and recurring corporate hire

For a one-off visit, separate point-to-point transfers from time retained between appointments. If a vehicle is needed throughout a working day, state the start, finish, stops and expected waiting. Confirm any minimum hourly duration in the proposal; the scope of a daily programme is agreed separately.

For a multi-day event, prepare a schedule for each day. For weekly or recurring journeys, provide the expected frequency, routes and vehicle requirements, together with any review dates. Request a proposal for the period you need. A recurring enquiry does not by itself confirm a fixed monthly rate, dedicated vehicle, assigned chauffeur or invoicing schedule.

Coordinating several vehicles and passenger groups

Create one transport brief with a separate line for every journey. Include the passenger group, pickup point, destination, required arrival time, vehicle preference and return plan. Identify one company coordinator and state who can approve additional time or changes in vehicle scope.

Planning example: two executives arrive at IST and need to reach meetings in Levent. Another team arrives at SAW and travels to a conference venue. Request the executive and team journeys separately, then add the meeting-day waiting, hotel returns and departure flights. If schedules overlap, show that explicitly so vehicle requirements can be assessed together.

This example illustrates how to prepare a request. The vehicle allocation and timetable remain subject to the proposal and availability.

Corporate chauffeur pricing and contract scope

Compare proposals for the same itinerary, vehicle classes and service duration. A low headline rate is difficult to evaluate if waiting, road expenses or additional hours are left undefined. Use this checklist before your company approves the booking.

Corporate proposal scope checklist
Scope itemWhat to establish in the proposal
Vehicles and configurationCategory, quantity, passenger and luggage fit; any model-specific request or substitution conditions.
Dates and service timeEach operating date; start and finish; whether the vehicle waits between stops.
Routes and mileagePickup and destination addresses, agreed stops, included mileage and additional-distance charges.
Waiting and overtimeIncluded waiting, the extra-time rate and who approves an extension.
Airport journeysAirport, flight, meeting arrangements and the treatment of flight or pickup-time changes.
Road expenses and totalFuel, tolls, parking, taxes, currency, payment schedule and the total for the agreed scope.
Company purchasingInvoice details, purchase-order requirements, requested billing cycle and any reporting needs.
Changes and cancellationNotice requirements, applicable charges and how an updated itinerary is confirmed.

Monthly billing, credit terms, expense-system integration and priority handling should be discussed as requirements. Rely on them only when they are expressly confirmed for your company.

Privacy, chauffeur requests and communication

State how the company coordinator and passengers should be contacted, and distinguish passenger-facing pickup instructions from purchasing or itinerary notes. Include a preferred chauffeur language and any continuity request at the enquiry stage; confirm availability for the dates and vehicles required.

If an NDA or another confidentiality arrangement is a condition of your company’s booking, raise it before approval. Confirm whether it can be agreed and what it covers. Avoid sending confidential meeting documents or unnecessary passenger information with an initial quote request.

Request a corporate chauffeur proposal

Send the following details through our contact page or WhatsApp:

  • Company name, coordinator name and preferred contact method.
  • Service dates, expected frequency and start/finish times.
  • Vehicle categories and quantities, or the passenger groups you need to accommodate.
  • Passengers and luggage for each leg; airport, flight and address details.
  • Meeting arrival times, waiting, additional stops and return journeys.
  • Chauffeur-language requests and other requirements that need confirmation.
  • Invoice, purchase-order or billing requirements and the person approving changes.

For several vehicles or dates, organise the journeys into a numbered itinerary. Sending a request starts the quotation process. A booking is confirmed separately once availability, service scope, price and terms have been agreed.

Corporate chauffeur FAQ

Can we request several vehicles for the same programme?

Yes. Include each vehicle or passenger group in one request, with the dates, flights, pickup points and destinations. Highlight journeys that overlap. The proposal should confirm the allocation and scope for each part of the programme.

Can airport transfers be combined with a full-day schedule?

Include both in the itinerary, showing where the airport journey ends and where further stops or waiting begin. Confirm the total service duration and any waiting or overtime terms. A one-way airport transfer does not automatically retain the car for the rest of the day.

Can we request recurring company transportation?

Yes. Share the expected frequency, routes, vehicle requirements and period of use. Discuss availability and commercial terms for that programme, including how changes are handled. A monthly rate, regular invoice cycle or exclusive allocation requires separate confirmation.

How are corporate chauffeur quotes calculated?

The relevant factors include vehicle category and quantity, dates, itinerary, duration, mileage and additional requests. Compare the complete scope and total, including any waiting, extra time, tolls, parking and taxes.

Can we request a specific vehicle or an English-speaking chauffeur?

Include both requests when enquiring, along with the dates and passenger requirements. Confirm the vehicle category, any essential model or cabin feature, and chauffeur-language availability before booking. Fleet photos or a model name alone do not confirm the particular vehicle assigned.

Can an executive assistant or travel team manage the request?

Name the company coordinator and explain who should receive passenger pickup instructions, quotation updates and invoices. State who is authorised to approve itinerary changes or additional charges so the communication requirements can be agreed in advance.

Can our company request an NDA?

Raise the requirement before booking and confirm whether an agreement can be accepted, who it covers and when it must be in place. Do not assume a confidentiality agreement is included automatically or send confidential meeting materials with the initial enquiry.

What should we do if the programme changes?

Send the revised times, route, passenger numbers or vehicle needs to the booking contact. Request confirmation of availability and any change to scope or price, including waiting, overtime and cancellation charges, before treating the new plan as agreed.

What information is needed for corporate invoicing?

Start by stating the company to be invoiced, the billing contact and any purchase-order or billing-cycle requirement. Ask which invoice details are required through the agreed channel. The invoicing schedule and payment terms should be confirmed in the proposal; monthly billing is not an automatic inclusion.
