Arrange a car and chauffeur together for meetings, shopping, events and multi-stop days in Istanbul. Choose hourly or daily hire around your route and passenger needs.
Hourly, daily or a one-way transfer
Describe chauffeured hire by the hours the vehicle is required for your programme, not only time spent driving. Waiting between meetings, shopping or visits may form part of the service duration. If one point-to-point journey is enough, compare a transfer instead of hire; confirm any minimum hourly duration in the proposal.
Planning multiple stops in Istanbul
Choose a sedan, Vito or Sprinter through passengers, luggage and schedule together. Ask for confirmation if you need the same vehicle throughout, a particular driver language or to leave belongings during stops. Daily hire does not automatically mean 24 hours; check the start, finish, included mileage and extra-time terms.
Compare vehicle and price together
Compare E-Class and S-Class for sedan travel, or Vito VIP and Sprinter for groups. Date, passengers, bags, duration and stops shape the quote. Confirm fuel, parking, tolls, extra mileage and overtime terms, and request a driver language or child seat in advance.
Build a day plan that can be quoted
Start with one line for each movement. Use Istanbul local dates and times throughout, and separate an appointment time from the time you want the car to collect you. The example below shows the information to provide; it does not predict journey times or reserve a vehicle.
Hotel pickup: hotel name, full address, entrance and requested collection time.
First meeting: office address, appointment time and expected finish. Vehicle to wait: yes, no or to be discussed.
Second stop: next address, any fixed arrival requirement and passengers joining or leaving.
Final journey: destination and requested end of service. Add a different date if the programme continues after midnight.
Then add the passenger and luggage totals, vehicle preference and any requested chauffeur language. If there is a long gap when the car is not needed, ask for a comparison between continuous hire and separate journeys. Confirm whether you can leave belongings in the vehicle before planning around that option.
Mark uncertain meeting finishes as estimates. Name the person who will communicate changes and confirm the process for approving extra time. Confirm continued availability and any additional charge before extending the booking. An unfinished meeting does not automatically extend the booking.
What to check in the quotation
Match the vehicle and confirmed requirements, service start and finish, included mileage, waiting and total price in the written quotation. Check tolls and parking, extra stops or hours, cancellation and date-change terms separately. Confirm any minimum hourly duration in the proposal; the scope of your programme is agreed separately. Sending an enquiry alone is not booking confirmation: availability and acceptance of the terms still need to be established.
Booking from another country? Write the month in words when sending a text date and label the times “Istanbul local time”. Ask the coordinator to repeat the date, start and finish in the written confirmation so both sides are working from the same schedule.
Confirm the minimum duration for your itinerary in the proposal. If your schedule runs longer, confirm continued vehicle and driver availability and the extra hourly charge.
What details do I need to request a booking?
Send the Istanbul local date and time, pickup address, stops in order, expected finish, passenger and luggage details, and vehicle preference. State where the chauffeur should wait and flag any time that is only an estimate. Include special requests before the quote is confirmed.
What if my itinerary or vehicle needs change?
Send revised times, route or passenger details to your booking contact. Confirm any extra time, vehicle change and cancellation terms against the updated quote.
